Optimal Health Depot currently ships to the continental United States only, unless otherwise stated on the Website or during checkout.

5.2 Fulfillment Model

Orders may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment partners. Processing times, shipping methods, carrier selection, tracking updates, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

5.3 Processing Times and Shipping Charges

Orders placed before 2 PM EST are generally submitted for processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends or holidays are generally processed the next business day. Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.

  • Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders of $100 or more, unless exclusions apply.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping rate of $60 may apply to eligible orders under $100.

5.4 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you when the supplier, manufacturer, distributor, or fulfillment partner delivers the item to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery appointments, or delivery issues outside of our reasonable control.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Missing shipments marked as delivered should be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
