2. Shipping Destinations
Continental United States
- We currently ship to physical addresses within the contiguous continental United States only.
- We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes if the selected carrier or product type cannot complete delivery to that location.

3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders of $100 or more shipped within the continental United States.
- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping rate of $60 may apply to eligible orders under $100 shipped within the continental United States.
All applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is submitted. Local taxes, if required by law, may still apply at checkout.
4. Order Handling and Delivery Time
Total delivery time is generally 3 to 9 business days from the time an order is placed. This total includes handling time and carrier transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 2 PM EST are generally submitted for processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed the next business day.
Because some products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment partners, handling and delivery times may vary by product. If a product requires additional handling time, freight scheduling, or special delivery arrangements, the product page or post-order communication may provide additional details.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers and freight providers. Depending on the product, destination, size, and weight, shipments may be handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or similar services.

7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages

We will work with the appropriate supplier, manufacturer, distributor, or carrier to investigate the shipment.
Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please take the following steps:
- Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
- Check around your delivery location, mail area, building office, or receiving area.
- Ask neighbors, household members, or building management if the package was accepted on your behalf.
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier trace where available.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or visibly affected during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@optimalhealthdepot.com.
